Chambers Delight is a beautifully remodeled 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home in the Chamberlands neighborhood. This amazing home has everything you'll need to enjoy a spectacular vacation in Tahoe and is a great place for entertaining! The kitchen is spacious and boasts granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, wood flooring and is well-equipped for everyday cooking.
There's beautiful Alder wood cabinets and doors throughout the home, updated bathrooms, also with granite counter tops; and amenities such as washer, dryer, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, television with cable in the living room and smaller television in the king bedroom downstairs, wireless internet access and a large stone (gas) fireplace in the living room.
Upstairs, you'll find the kitchen, dining room, living room, half bath, primary bedroom with a king-size bed and attached bathroom with tub/shower, and the second bedroom, which has two twins. There are also two decks, both equipped with patio furniture and a gas BBQ (summer only). Downstairs are the other two bedrooms, both with a king-size bed. The bathroom is in the hall and has a tub/shower. Lastly, there’s a large laundry room with washer and dryer.
This home is just minutes to Homewood Mountain Resort, Palisades/Alpine Ski Resort and Northstar at Tahoe ski areas.
SUMMER ONLY (mid-May until mid-September): One of the best amenities this home offers is membership to the Chamber's private beach, pool and tennis club where you get to enjoy the benefits of the white sandy beach, swimming pool and tennis courts. Shuttle bus available to get to and from the beach.
This home can accommodate up to 8 people maximum (including children).
This home does not allow any parties or events as this home is in a residential neighborhood, and quiet time is from 9pm-8am. Thanks for your cooperation!
There is an electric fence system at this house to protect it from bears when unoccupied. Detailed instructions will be given to you once booked.
Linens and towels are provided for your stay, however, you may want to bring spa/beach towels, as those are not provided.
