This 3 bedroom, loft, 2 bath home with 2 car garage is available for a long-term lease! Rent is $3500/month plus utilities (gas, electric cable/internet, and snow removal). Security Deposit is $7,000.

This home is very spacious, boasting a large living room/dining area, and has an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and tons of cabinet space! A built-in desk area is also convenient for those who work or study from home, and having both forced air heat and a wood-burning stove provides flexibility and coziness during the colder months. It also has all the amenities you'll need, such as a new washer and dryer in the garage, refrigerator, dishwasher & gas range in the kitchen.

The front deck spans the entire front of the house, and there's a gas BBQ included with natural gas piped into it, so you won't need to refill propane bottles. The two-car garage has parking for two vehicles, the washer and dryer, and a large sink, which can come in handy!

There are two bedrooms downstairs, and there's a full bathroom with a tub/shower and one sink between the two bedrooms. The primary bedroom is upstairs with a balcony.
