Sequoia Solitude in Sunnyside awaits! Spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with 2 car garage with additional loft area offers space and privacy on 1.3 acres of gorgeous forested & sun dapples land. Fully fenced yard on the coveted lakeside of the highway in Tahoe Park.

This home has everything you'll need to make your vacation in Tahoe spectacular. Amenities include washer, dryer, dishwasher, gas range, microwave, all the necessary kitchen necessities, forced air heat, wood burning river rock fireplace in the living room. 3 sided deck facing the private yard ensures sun or shade all summer long, patio furniture and gas BBQ.

The bed arrangements are: 1) King - downstairs master with 2 sinks in the bathroom and a tub shower; 2) 2 twins - downstairs; 3) King plus trundle bed - upstairs; 4) King upstairs. There's a bathroom downstairs in the hall with 1 sink and a shower stall, the second bathroom is upstairs with 1 sink and a jacuzzi tub/shower, and the Master bathroom is the 3rd bathroom.

Come and relax in this beautiful location and enjoy the amenities of Tahoe Park's Private Beach, just down the street.

Well behaved dogs are allowed with prior approval. Dog must be approved prior to accepting a reservation. Please call us for details.

This home does not allow any parties or events as this home is in a residential neighborhood, and quiet time is after 10pm. Thanks for your cooperation!

Cleaning fee includes linens and towels. You may want to bring beach towels, as those are not provided.


Nightly rent plus tax, cleaning fee, reservation fee and vacation rental damage protection plan, required on all rentals.


November 1st to May 1st, there is NO street parking. You must park in driveway areas only.
There is parking for 4 cars at this house during winter months.

    Our family of 10 (4 children) LOVED every minute of Sequoia Solitude. A Huge fully fenced backyard to run, collect sticks and play. Relaxing on the deck with views of forest and peek a boo look at lake. Perfect location for walking to Sunnyside, Market & Fire Sign, Safe and fun for walking and bike riding. Loved every minute !
