Blue Pine Hideaway is an amazing 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home. It's located in the desirable Tahoe Park neighborhood and was recently re-built in 2019. It offers all the new modern conveniences you're looking for in a rental home (washer, dryer, dishwasher, disposal, gas BBQ). The kitchen has granite counter tops, Nantucket kitchen sink, stainless steel appliances and of course, a coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. The living room boasts an electric fireplace under the large flat-screen television and there's two comfortable couches to relax on while you enjoy your favorite movie. Downstairs you'll also find the master bedroom with a king size bed and flat-screen TV. The master bathroom has it's own jetted tub and separate shower stall. The half bathroom is in the hall, conveniently located for everyone to use. Upstairs you'll find the other two bedrooms with another full bathroom in the hall with a shower stall.

Walk to the Tahoe Park Private Beach from this home to enjoy activities such as Bocce Ball, Basket Ball Volley Ball, Horseshoes, relax on one of the two piers, let the kids swim in the roped off swim area or enjoy a BBQ with family on one of the picnic tables. There's also lots of shade and grass areas. Equipment for activities is provided at the beach.

There are plenty of hiking/biking areas along the west shore and just up the hill is Paige Meadows that offers hiking & biking during the summer months and snowshoeing/cross country skiing during the winter months. This cabin is close to some of the best skiing Tahoe has to offer such as Squaw Valley USA, Alpine Meadows, Homewood Mountain Resort and Northstar at Tahoe.

    First time to the Tahoe area and we definitely picked the right spot. Tahoe City is very laid back and Blue Pine Hideaway was an awesome find. The backyard was a great place to hang out. The home has been remodeled and done right. We were very happy with the accommodations and would definitely return.

    We were in Lake Tahoe for our son's wedding. There were several different groups who rented cottages in the neighborhood. All agreed ours was the best:) We would happily stay there again if we ever get invited back to Lake Tahoe.
