Welcome to the Skylaway Lodge. If you're looking for a cheerful cabin for your group, then this is your place! After a day of exploring Tahoe, this mountain home is the perfect spot to come home to. Settle down by the fire with a glass of wine, grill out on the sprawling deck, and play board games at the dining table. As an added bonus, you'll have access to the popular Lake Tahoe Park Homeowners Association Beach!

This home is equipped with 4 bedroom, 3 bathrooms and is on 3 levels. As you enter the middle level, you walk into the living, dining & kitchen areas. The first bedroom is also on this level and has a double (full) size bed. The bathroom on this level has a shower stall, along with a the washer & dryer. Upstairs you’ll find 2 more bedrooms, each with a double (full) size beds and the 2nd bathroom between the bedrooms in the hall, equipped with a tub/shower. The lower level includes an en suite bedroom with a double (full) bed and a bunk bed (2 twins). This 3rd bathroom has a shower stall.

Situated in the snowy Sierra Nevada Mountain range straddling the border between California and Nevada, Lake Tahoe offers stunning panoramic scenery and year-round adventure. Visitors flock here, especially to ski and snowboard on dramatic slopes that seem to fall into the abyss of the lake's cobalt blue water. Whether you're looking for a day in the mountains or a booze cruise on the lake, you can have it all in Tahoe.

This home provides a guest pass that allows exclusive access to Lake Tahoe Park Association, which you'll be able to enjoy lakefront privileges such as two private piers, a private swim area, private beach, picnic/bbq areas (reservations are recommended), basketball court, bocce ball court, horseshoe pit, grassy lawns and more.

There is an electric fence system at this house to protect it from bears when empty.

Due to extreme wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short term rental regulations.

Please note that during the winter months, outdoor furniture is unavailable. This house uses an electric bear fence across doors and windows to deter bears that can be easily deactivated upon your arrival. This home does not have AC.
