Adventure awaits in this updated 3 bedroom (1 bedroom is loft bedroom upstairs), 2.5 bath condo located just outside of Tahoe City in the Dollar Hill II condominium community, where you have access to a seasonal pool, tennis courts, hot tubs and basketball hoop area! You are also a short walk or drive to Tahoe’s famous blue-water beaches at Lake Forest Bristlecone Beach and Skylandia beach and picnic area.

Chris’s Condo welcomes you into an open space zone of a beautifully updated and well-equipped kitchen and a living area with a high-ceiling and skylights, on demand electric fireplace and TV (wifi TV in main living area with soundbar; roku TV downstairs for streaming; and Amazon Firestick in the upstairs loft bedroom for streaming). The living area has a wrap-around sofa and big leather chair, great for relaxing at the end of your Tahoe day. There is a full kitchen and island with six stools in the center for dining and hanging out. The space is easy to enjoy with a balcony and lots of windows with views of trees. A beautiful spiral staircase takes you up to the loft bedroom with a roomy full bathroom, or downstairs to the private, full floor, spacious bedroom and bathroom with a stone walk-in shower. There is even a mini refrigerator for your midnight munchies!

The main floor has a bedroom with a queen bed and half bath. The loft bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and full bathroom with tub/shower. The downstairs is all one big bedroom with king size bed, mini-fridge, and a beautiful bathroom with a stunning stone shower (stall). There’s even a bench to relax on.

This condo is in a great location, just 2 miles from Tahoe City and has easy summer access popular biking and hiking trails and is only one mile to Skylandia Beach. During the winter months Tahoe City XC is only one mile away for great Nordic skiing or snowshoeing. Palisades Tahoe, NorthStar and Homewood Ski Resorts are all about a 20 minute drive.

Chris’s Condo is well equipped and comfortable; the kitchen is well-organized with pots, pans, glasses, and dishes. There is a Mr. Coffee maker and Keurig for those coffee enthusiasts (coffee not included), dishwasher, microwave, electric range/oven, washer, dryer, television with cable, stackable washer & dryer downstairs, and a balcony with patio furniture and gas BBQ (summer only)

Cleaning fee includes linens & bath towels. You may want to bring spa/beach towels, as those are not provided.

Nightly rent plus tax, cleaning fee, reservation fee and vacation rental damage protection plan, required on all rentals.

This home does not allow any parties or events as this home is in a residential neighborhood, and quiet time is from 9pm-8am. Thanks for your cooperation!

There is parking for 2 cars at this Condo. Guests may park in overflow parking area only (1 extra vehicle maximum).
